Scope

These Payment Terms apply to all monetary transactions on the Tenanting platform, including but not limited to:

• Property subscription plans
• Premium features
• Tenant verification services
• Background verification
• Vendor marketplace purchases
• Digital document storage upgrades
• Professional services
• Future payment features such as rent collection
• Any other paid products introduced by Tenanting

Subscription Plans

Certain platform features require an active subscription. Subscriptions may be offered:

• Monthly
• Quarterly
• Half-Yearly
• Yearly
• Multi-property plans
• Enterprise plans
• Custom business plans

Subscription benefits are described on the Pricing page and may change from time to time.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance. Unless otherwise stated:

• Payment is collected before service activation
• Subscription begins once payment is successful
• Unused periods are generally non-refundable
• Taxes are charged wherever applicable

Auto Renewal

Where auto-renewal is enabled:

• Subscription automatically renews
• Payment is charged using the selected payment method

• Users may disable auto-renewal before the renewal date

Payments are processed through RBI-compliant payment gateway partners. Tenanting does not store full card details.

Payment Security

All payment transactions are processed by certified third-party payment providers. Sensitive payment credentials are handled directly by the payment gateway.

Tenanting stores only payment references, transaction identifiers and billing information necessary for accounting, compliance and customer support.

Pricing

All pricing displayed on the Platform is:

• In Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise
• Exclusive or inclusive of taxes as indicated
• Subject to revision

Price revisions will not affect already active subscriptions until renewal unless otherwise stated.

GST & Taxes

Applicable GST and statutory taxes shall be charged as per Indian tax laws. Where required:

• GST invoice will be issued
• Business users should ensure GST details are accurate before payment

Incorrect GST details may require invoice cancellation and reissuance, where legally permissible.

Promotional Offers & Coupons

Tenanting may provide promotional discounts, referral rewards, coupon codes, seasonal offers, and introductory pricing.

Unless specifically stated:

• Coupons cannot be combined
• Coupons have expiry dates
• Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash
• Tenanting reserves the right to withdraw promotional offers at any time

Free Trials

Some services may include a free trial. At the end of the trial:

• Access may automatically end
• Subscription charges may apply if disclosed during signup

Users remain responsible for cancelling before trial expiry where auto-conversion is enabled.

Verification Service Charges

Certain verification services may incur additional fees including:

Fees for such services are displayed before purchase. Verification charges may include fees payable to third-party verification partners.

Marketplace & Vendor Payments

Future versions of Tenanting may enable users to purchase products or services from registered vendors. Tenanting may facilitate payments, collect platform fees, and process settlements.

However, product quality, service delivery, warranties, and after-sales support remain the responsibility of the respective vendor unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Future Rent Collection Services

Where Tenanting offers rent collection services:

• Tenanting acts only as a technology platform facilitating payments
• Tenanting is not a bank, escrow provider or financial institution
• Settlement timelines may depend upon payment gateway partners and banking networks

Additional payment terms may apply to rent collection services.

Storage & Usage Limits

Subscription plans may include:

• Document storage limits
• Upload limits
• Verification credits
• User limits
• Property limits

Exceeding plan limits may require purchasing additional capacity or upgrading the subscription.

Failed Payments

A payment may fail due to:

• Insufficient balance
• Expired cards
• Bank rejection
• Gateway failures
• Fraud prevention
• Incorrect payment credentials

Access to paid features may be suspended until successful payment.

Chargebacks

Users agree not to initiate unjustified payment disputes or chargebacks. Where a payment is reversed, Tenanting may:

• Suspend services
• Recover outstanding dues
• Reverse promotional benefits
• Terminate the account in cases of abuse

Refund Policy

Unless required by law or specifically mentioned, subscription fees are generally non-refundable after activation.

Refunds are generally processed using the original payment method. Processing timelines depend upon payment providers and banking institutions.

Cancellation

• Does not automatically generate refunds
• Remains effective after the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated

Service Suspension for Non-Payment

Tenanting reserves the right to suspend premium services, restrict platform access, or disable premium features where subscription payments remain unpaid.

User data may continue to be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

Changes to Pricing

Tenanting may revise subscription fees, verification charges, storage pricing, vendor commissions, and platform service charges.

Changes will generally apply prospectively and may take effect upon subscription renewal unless otherwise stated.

Third-Party Fees

Banks, card issuers, payment gateways, foreign exchange providers, or financial institutions may levy additional charges beyond Tenanting's control. Users are responsible for such charges.

Currency
