At Tenanting ("Tenanting", "we", "our", or "us"), we strive to provide transparent pricing and reliable services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available, how refund requests are handled, and the conditions applicable to subscriptions, digital services, verification services, vendor marketplace transactions, and future offerings available through the Tenanting platform.

This Refund Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Payment Terms.

1

2

Nature of Digital Services

Most services provided by Tenanting are digital services that become available immediately upon successful payment.

Because digital services are provisioned instantly and may begin consuming platform resources immediately after activation, refunds are generally limited and subject to the conditions outlined in this Policy.

3

Subscription Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once:

  • The subscription has been activated
  • Premium features have become available
  • The user has started using subscription benefits
  • The subscription period has commenced
Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.
4

Eligible Refund Scenarios

Tenanting may approve refunds in situations including, but not limited to:

  • Duplicate payment for the same subscription or service
  • Multiple charges caused by a technical error
  • Payment successfully received but the purchased subscription or service was not activated due to a system error attributable to Tenanting
  • Incorrect amount charged due to a verified billing error by Tenanting
  • Payment collected after an unsuccessful cancellation request caused solely by a technical issue on the Platform
  • Other exceptional circumstances evaluated on a case-by-case basis

Approval of refunds remains solely at Tenanting's discretion unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Third-Party Verification Charges

Certain verification services are performed by independent verification agencies, government authorities, law enforcement agencies, or third-party service providers.

Once a verification request has been submitted for processing, the associated charges are generally non-refundable, even if:

  • The verification result is adverse
  • Verification cannot be completed due to incorrect information provided by the user
  • The applicant fails verification requirements
  • Government authorities reject the request
  • Supporting documents are incomplete or inaccurate
  • The applicant withdraws the request after processing has begun

Government fees, statutory fees and third-party service charges are generally non-refundable unless refunded by the respective authority or service provider.

7

Vendor Marketplace Transactions

Where Tenanting facilitates purchases from independent vendors:

  • Refunds relating to products or services supplied by vendors shall primarily be governed by the respective vendor's refund policy
  • Tenanting may assist users in coordinating refund requests but is not responsible for refund decisions made by independent vendors unless required by applicable law

Platform service fees or convenience fees, where applicable, may remain non-refundable.

8

Professional Property Management Services

  • Work already completed
  • Inspections already conducted
  • Travel expenses incurred
  • Documentation already prepared
  • Third-party costs incurred
  • Procurement or vendor engagement already initiated

Separate service agreements may contain additional cancellation and refund terms.

9

  • Rent transferred to property owners is generally not refundable by Tenanting
  • Disputes relating to rent payments shall primarily be resolved between the property owner and tenant unless otherwise required by law

Payment gateway charges, banking charges and transaction processing fees may not be refundable.

10

Storage Upgrade Refunds

Payments made for additional document storage, archive storage, premium backup services, and storage upgrades are generally non-refundable once the storage capacity has been allocated to the user's account.

11

Promotional Discounts and Coupons

Where a purchase is made using promotional coupons, referral discounts, cashback offers, introductory pricing, seasonal campaigns, or promotional credits, any approved refund shall be calculated only on the actual amount paid by the user.

Unused promotional benefits are not redeemable for cash.

12

Referral Credits and Rewards

Tenanting may, from time to time, offer referral programs that reward eligible users for referring new customers to the Platform. Unless otherwise specified:

  • Referral rewards may be provided as subscription credits, complimentary subscription periods, promotional credits, feature access, or other benefits determined by Tenanting
  • Referral credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, bank transfers, gift cards, or any other monetary consideration
  • Referral credits cannot be refunded, withdrawn, redeemed, transferred or encashed under any circumstances
  • Referral credits may only be used in accordance with the applicable Referral Program Terms in effect at the time they are awarded
  • Referral rewards shall not reduce, offset or replace any statutory taxes or third-party charges
  • Tenanting reserves the right to determine, modify, suspend or discontinue referral rewards, eligibility criteria, qualifying referrals, validity periods, redemption rules and usage restrictions at any time without prior notice
  • Referral rewards may be cancelled or revoked where Tenanting reasonably believes that referrals were generated through fraud, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, abuse, misleading practices or any activity that violates the Terms of Service
Current Referral Program

As of the date of this Policy, eligible users may receive one (1) month of complimentary subscription for each successful qualifying referral, subject to the applicable Referral Program Terms.

Tenanting reserves the right to modify, replace, suspend or discontinue this referral benefit, including the reward amount, eligibility criteria, qualifying conditions and redemption rules, at any time without creating any obligation to continue the existing referral program.

13

Auto-Renewal Refunds

If a subscription renews automatically:

  • Users remain responsible for cancelling auto-renewal before the renewal date
  • Refunds are generally not provided for renewal charges resulting from failure to disable auto-renewal before billing

Exceptional cases may be reviewed individually where required by applicable law or where a technical issue prevented cancellation.

14

Incorrect Information Submitted by Users

Refunds will generally not be provided where services cannot be completed because the user supplied:

  • Incorrect identity details
  • Inaccurate property information
  • Invalid government identification
  • Incorrect contact details
  • Incomplete documentation
  • Misleading, false or fraudulent information
15

Payment Gateway Failures

Where a payment fails but funds are temporarily debited:

  • Users should first verify the transaction status with their bank
  • Failed or incomplete payment authorizations are usually reversed automatically by the payment gateway or banking institution

Tenanting cannot expedite bank-controlled reversal timelines.

16

Chargebacks

Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute after receiving services may result in:

  • Suspension of account access
  • Termination of subscriptions
  • Recovery of outstanding dues
  • Reversal of promotional benefits
  • Forfeiture of referral credits
  • Permanent restriction from certain Tenanting services
Tenanting reserves all rights to contest fraudulent or abusive chargebacks.

Tenanting is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

20

Mode of Refund

Approved refunds are generally processed using the original payment method. Where the original payment method is unavailable or no longer valid, Tenanting may choose an alternative refund mechanism where permitted by applicable law.

Cash refunds are generally not provided.

21

Partial Refunds

Where only part of a purchased service could not be delivered due to reasons attributable solely to Tenanting, Tenanting may issue a partial refund proportional to the undelivered portion of the service.

22

Taxes

Where Goods and Services Tax (GST) or other statutory taxes have already been remitted to the relevant authorities, refund of such taxes shall be governed by applicable tax laws.
